<b>Gary Hand, Executive Director</b>

Gary Hand, Executive Director

Gary Hand has over 35 years senior management experience in health care operations. He began his career in a single nursing home expanding the company through the acquisition of additional nursing homes, child care centers, grocery stores and aviation services in three states. After selling his company he worked for some of the larger publicly traded health care companies throughout the United States. Moving to Indiana in 1999, Gary shifted his focus to small non-profits involved with the delivery of health care to underserved populations. Gary attended Roanoke College for a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and continues to expand his knowledge and understanding of health care delivery through continuing education and conferences nationally. He is an active volunteer in the community and serves as VP Finance on the board of directors at the IN-211 Partnership and the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Mary Duffer has both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Business from Indiana University. She was the office manager for a small construction company for several years. She was the assistant to the executive management team of an Indianapolis firm before joining Attain in February of 2003.

Kristi Barber brings with her 18 years experience in Marketing, Outreach and Business Development. Prior to joining Attain, Kristi served in buisness development, marketing, fundraising and event planning capacity. She is a graduate of the Executive Women in Leadership Program. Kristi has her Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan Univeristy as well as her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. Currently she is serving on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Indianapolis, the Executive Committee for the Indianapolis Mayor's Council on Disabilities, CARA Charities and Indianapolis Tennis Tournament. In her spare time she volunteers and watches her children play soccer and swim.

 

 

 

 
<b>Chris Duffer, Director of Information Services</b>

Chris Duffer, Director of Information Services

Chris Duffer has a background in healthcare, having been a medic in the U.S. Air Force, then several years working on the ambulance service for Wishard Memorial Hospital. He went on to earn an Associate of Science degree in Digital Electronics at IvyTech. He has since added to his education with a CompTIA A+ certification in computer repair and is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has completed course work for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
